All of the following paintings were done in an independent fundraiser that I coordinated for Haiti following the earthquakes. I was in 8th grade at the time (2010) and 13-years-old. Many of these paintings are generic and duplicates because of the amount of pieces I had to complete in such a short period of time. Sometimes I would do up to 15 pieces of the same scene in one night. I tried my hardest to vary the colors that I incorporated in every painting in order to appeal to a larger audience. With the majority of the paintings priced between $5-$20, with the exception of a few personalized paintings, I ended up raising a total of $2,500. That amounts to more that 150 paintings!
